cryptid character files 2

With this character, I deviated ALOT from the original description my friend gave. He was supposed to come off alot older. Scruffy hair. Glasses. I was working with that originally. But I got an image in my head and strayed.

Now instead of 'old army dude' I've got 'Law and Order reject'.
